SPC

The expansion of SPC is “Statistical Process Control”.

Statistical techniques such as Control Chart, Histogram etc. are used to study an on going process. Process Stability and Process Capability of the process are monitored through SPC techniques. Causes for process variations are predicted and actions are implemented so that the production of non-conforming products is prevented.

Benefits:

1. Improved Quality of Products
2. Prevention of defective products so that elimination of rework.
3. Improved customer satisfaction
4. Elimination of final inspection process
5. Improved productivity

Manufacturing/Service industries can use SPC methodology for their Process Control.

Reference Manual developed by AIAG specifies methods for SPC.

AAQMS Role is to design systems as per SPC methodology and train the members of our clients to practice and implement SPC methodology.
