FMEA

The expansion of FMEA is “Failure Mode and effects Analysis ”.

FMEA is a method to
  • Recognize and evaluate the potential failure of product / process / system and the effects of the failure
  • Identify actions that could eliminate or reduce the chance of the potential failure occurring
  • Document the entire process
  • Define what a design or process must do to satisfy the customer.
Manufacturing/Service industries can use FMEA methodology for their Process/Product/System design and development.

Reference Manual developed by AIAG specifies methods for FMEA.

AAQMS Role is to design systems as per FMEA technique and train the members of our clients to practice and implement FMEA technique.
