Six-Sigma

Six-Sigma is published by Harry and Schroeder 1999. It is a study of Process Capability.

Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques are applied in the Six-Sigma studies. 

It is recognized that under Six-Sigma process condition, the 99.999% of the products/service will meet specification and only 2 parts per billion-will not meet product/service specification.

Six-Sigma is an efficient tool to measure the process variation.
